Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM Consultant / GRC Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for architect-level expertise in ServiceNow IRM Pro/GRC and will play a key role in post-implementation recovery, IRM configuration assessment, and process adoption.

Responsibilities

Architect-level ServiceNow IRM Pro/GRC expertise – not a general ServiceNow developer or administrator.
Lead post-implementation recovery, IRM configuration assessment, and process adoption efforts.
Develop a strong understanding of risks, issues, exceptions, policies, standards, and controls.
Design exception workflows, approvals, expiration dates, ownership, and control linkages.
Create phased implementation roadmaps including Crawl/Walk/Run phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of GRC solutions.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

Architect-level ServiceNow IRM Pro/GRC expertise – not a general ServiceNow developer or administrator.
Post-implementation recovery, IRM configuration assessment, and process adoption experience.
Strong understanding of risks, issues, exceptions, policies, standards, and controls.
Expertise designing exception workflows, approvals, expiration dates, ownership, and control linkages.
Ability to define a phased implementation roadmap (Crawl/Walk/Run).
