Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online Architect to design, develop, implement, and modernize enterprise Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, Microsoft 365 migrations, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure integrations.
We are looking for a technically strong professional who can lead enterprise-level architecture and migration initiatives while actively contributing to solution development, automation, governance, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, architect, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Lead SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online migrations, including assessment, planning, execution, and post-migration support.
* Plan and support Microsoft 365 migration initiatives involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online.
* Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
* Design and develop enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
* Modernize legacy SharePoint applications, InfoPath forms, Nintex workflows, and SharePoint Designer workflows.
* Implement SharePoint information architecture, hub sites, site collections, permissions, security, governance, and compliance.
* Develop PowerShell scripts and automation solutions for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration.
* Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Azure services, and third-party enterprise applications.
* Support Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio implementations, including integrations and governance.
* Develop migration strategies, technical architecture documentation, implementation plans, and deployment procedures.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
* Troubleshoot complex SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform issues.

* Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
* Experience working with enterprise clients and leading technical architecture discussions.
* Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
