About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sierra AI Agents Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade conversational AI agents using Sierra''s Agent OS platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building action-oriented AI agents that go beyond simple chat — handling real customer workflows like order management, refunds, and account updates across chat, voice, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and configure conversational AI agents using Sierra''s Agent SDK (declarative development for defining agent goals, guardrails, and skills) and/or Agent Studio (no-code Journeys and Workspaces).
• Design composable skills and tuning controls to balance agent creativity vs. determinism.
• Integrate agents with backend systems — CRM, order management, knowledge bases — for real-time, context-aware automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3- 4 years of experience in conversational AI / AI agent development.
• Hands-on experience with Sierra AI''s Agent OS (Agent SDK and/or Agent Studio) strongly preferred;
• experience with comparable platforms (Rasa, Dialogflow, Decagon, Amazon Lex) also considered.
• Strong understanding of LLM-based dialogue design, prompt engineering, tool-use orchestration, and multi-agent workflows.
