Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Operations Coordinator to support social media marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution of content production, compliance reviews, and campaign operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, creators, and legal teams to manage content workflows, production logistics, asset organization, and editorial scheduling across organic and paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational logistics for social media content shoots, events, and experiential activations.
- Manage production timelines, crew schedules, talent/creator contracts, and on-site coordination when required.
- Lead the end-to-end legal and compliance review process for social media content, captions, and influencer assets.
- Route creative materials through legal, product, and compliance stakeholders to secure final approvals.
- Organize and maintain raw and final creative assets while tracking usage rights, licensing agreements, and talent expiration dates.
- Maintain editorial calendars and support content scheduling across social media platforms.
- Assist with asset handoffs for paid media campaigns and coordinate agency deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure smooth communication among internal teams, external agencies, and content creators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing operations, project management, or ad production.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with corporate legal guidelines, compliance reviews, asset approvals, or talent/music rights management.
- Hands-on experience with social media management platforms such as Sprinklr.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Background in creative production and content operations.
- Experience with Brandwatch and/or Hootsuite.
- Experience supporting both organic and paid social media campaigns.
