Job Title: Spiff (Sales Commissions) & Salesforce IT Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a Spiff & Salesforce Consultant to support and enhance our sales commission management platform (Spiff) and its integration with Salesforce. This role sits within the IT team but works cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable commission calculations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for the Spiff platform, including troubleshooting calculation errors, data sync issues, and user access problems
Manage and maintain integrations between Spiff and Salesforce (and other source systems such as HRIS/payroll)
Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to configure, test, and roll out new commission plans, rules, and enhancements
Collaborate with HR on commission-related data accuracy (new hires, role changes, terminations)
Monitor data feeds and reconcile discrepancies between Salesforce, Spiff, and payroll/finance systems
Document processes, configurations, and enhancement requests
Support UAT and rollout of new features, plan changes, or system upgrades
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spiff-related IT support tickets
