Senior Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking an Epic-Certified Senior Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) Analyst to support, optimize, and maintain the Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacy application in an acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic Willow configuration, production support, pharmacy workflows, Medi-Span updates, and medication management.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP).
Provide Tier 2/3 production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Perform Epic upgrades, testing, validation, and application enhancements.
Manage monthly Medi-Span and drug pricing updates.
Optimize pharmacy workflows and recurring maintenance processes.
Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, IT teams, and operational stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with medication safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

Current Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) Certification.
5+ years of Epic Willow Inpatient experience in an acute care hospital.
Strong experience with production support, application optimization, and workflow improvements.
Experience with Medi-Span updates, drug pricing maintenance, and medication management.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Pyxis, Omnicell, BD Alaris, DoseEdge, or other pharmacy automation systems.
Experience supporting Epic implementations and optimization projects.
