Sr. IAM Engineer (Saviynt)
Location : Dallas, TX preferred Remote candidates considered, with occasional travel
We are seeking a Senior IAM Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in Saviynt to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.
The candidate will play a key role in strengthening access governance, compliance, and security posture across cloud and hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities Serve as Saviynt SME for IAM engineering and support. Design and implement identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access reviews, and provisioning/de-provisioning workflows. Configure and optimize Saviynt for enterprise-scale deployments, including connectors, policies, and workflows. Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), and PAM solutions. Partner with cybersecurity, compliance, and IT teams to align IAM controls with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, FedRAMP frameworks.
Conduct risk assessments, troubleshoot IAM issues, and provide engineering solutions for identity governance. Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and audit-ready evidence for IAM initiatives. Support testing, deployment, and post-production hypercare for IAM projects.
