Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting highly scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and modern AI technologies including Spring AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, DevOps Engineers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build mission-critical applications that are highly available, fault-tolerant, secure, and performance-driven.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong programming experience in Java and Python.
Hands-on expertise with:
Spring Boot
Spring AI
REST APIs
Microservices Architecture
Strong experience working with AWS Cloud services.
Experience designing and developing scalable distributed applications.
Experience with relational databases such as Aurora MySQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-enabled enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
AI Agents
Prompt Engineering
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Agent Orchestration frameworks
Experience with XML integrations and enterprise messaging.
