Job Description: Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Google Cloud

Location: Remote

Qualifications

Independent visa consultant
Minimum of 8 years of customer-facing experience managing Google Cloud implementations or transformation programs.
Experience should include support for one or more of the following:

Launch or capacity planning
Product release management
Technical support
Escalation management
Consulting

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with:

Modern software development practices
Microservices-based architectures
Distributed systems
APIs across a broad set of use cases

Must hold at least one Google Cloud professional-level certification while in the role.
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Educational Qualifications:

Required - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or closely related or equivalent.
Preferred - Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Big Data or Analytics or equivalent.

Travel:

· Open to travel based up on the nature of the engagement.
