Required Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of IT industry experience.
Minimum 5+ years of Healthcare Payer domain experience.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale software development and support projects.
Experience leading distributed teams across multiple locations.
Required Skills
Strong experience with TriZetto FACETS Core Administration Platform.
Deep understanding of Healthcare Payer operations, including: Claims Processing Membership & Enrollment Provider Management Billing & Premium Management
Experience delivering: Application Development Projects System Upgrades & Modernization Programs Application Support & Maintenance Initiatives Production Support Engagements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent project planning, execution, and governance capabilities. Experience managing vendor and client relationships.
Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification. Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
Experience working with large Healthcare clients.
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar delivery management tools.
