Role: Technical Project Manager, Zscaler ZPA & Zero Trust

Role Summary
Lead the enterprise rollout of Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and related cross-organizational initiatives. The role requires
a technically credible project manager who can coordinate security, networking, endpoint, identity, application, and
business stakeholders while maintaining delivery discipline across a complex zero-trust program.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end delivery plan for the enterprise ZPA rollout, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks,
and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate discovery, application segmentation, connector readiness, identity integration, pilot, deployment waves,
validation, and operational handover.
• Partner with security, network, identity, endpoint, application, infrastructure, service desk, and change-management teams.
• Maintain integrated project schedules, RAID logs, decision registers, action trackers, and executive status reporting.
• Drive technical working sessions, dependency resolution, change approvals, cutover readiness, and post-implementation
stabilization.
• Ensure user-impact, adoption, communications, support readiness, documentation, and rollback considerations are
addressed.
• Escalate delivery risks promptly and facilitate decisions across teams with competing priorities.
Required Skills and Experience
• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering zero-trust, secure-access, VPN replacement, SASE, or comparable security
transformation programs.
• Working knowledge of Zscaler ZPA concepts, identity-based access, application segmentation, connectors, policies, and
access validation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, authentication, identity, endpoints, applications, and change-management
dependencies.
• Proficiency with project plans, Jira, Confluence, RAID management, executive reporting, and cross-functional governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Networking background or experience coordinating network-security implementations.
• Experience with phased global deployments and user migration programs.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project-management certification.
• Experience working with distributed teams across US time zones.
