Job Title: Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant

Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Varicent Sales Performance Management (SPM) Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Varicent architecture, sales compensation processes, data integration, calculation logic, reporting, and system administration.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable compensation solutions that drive sales performance and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of IT consulting experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Varicent SPM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Sales Compensation Management and Incentive Compensation processes.
- Experience with Varicent Composer, Reports, Dashboards, Calculations, Data Manager, and Workflows.
- Knowledge of sales compensation plan design and commission calculations.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
