We have an immediate, client-interviewing contract opening for a hands-on Workday Time Tracking Functional Consultant with deep Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union) configuration experience.
Role: Workday Time Tracking Consultant
Location: Remote (US)
Duration: 12+months Contract
Tax Terms: C2C / W2 / 1099
Client Sourcing Condition: Genuine, hands-on profiles only. Direct preliminary technical vetting will be conducted prior to submission.
MANDATORY COMPLIANCE & SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid Work Authorization: or H-1B, EAD
• Verified hands-on experience translating Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) into Workday Time Tracking setups
CORE SCREENING FOCUS:
• Extensive configuration of Time Calculations (Overtime, Shift Differentials, Premiums, Minimum Hours, Schedule Deviations)
• Time Entry Templates, Validation Rules (Critical/Warning), and Worker Eligibility criteria
• Alignment with Workday Payroll (tag-to-earning mapping and pay run testing)
• Strong direct stakeholder/business-facing communication
