ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance with Poly REQUIRED
Position Overview: Red Arch Solutions is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a priority program in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience building and testing software components in an Agile environment, producing clear technical documentation, and ensuring high-quality code. The ideal candidate is proficient in Java, C++, or Python, works comfortably with Git, SQL, Postgres, AWS, and collaborates effectively using Jira and Confluence.
Hybrid TELEWORK position, up to 16 hours per week.Requirements:- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus Fourteen (14) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes.
Note: Eighteen (18) years total of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelor's degree. - An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components
- Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software
- Experience with the following software development skills:
- Git
- Java, C++, Python
- Relational database, such as Postgres
- SQL
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Salary range for this position: $190,000-$195,000 #CJ
