We are seeking a dedicated Atlassian Agile Coach & Administrator to join our enterprise team. This individual contributor will act as a solution architect, providing the technical vision, road mapping, and administrative support needed to transform our agile tooling landscape. In this role, you will empower cross-functional teams to adopt agile ways of working through efficient tool configurations and best practices.
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, and major add-ons).
Strong practical understanding of SDLC, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to create custom workflow solutions, screens, and dashboards to support agile reporting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
Experience building customized reporting models using EazyBI or Tableau.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
