RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead multiple product teams focused on customer engagement, retention, and overall user experience. This leader will drive product strategy, define long-term roadmaps, and partner across the organization to deliver innovative solutions that increase customer value, loyalty, and lifetime engagement. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional influence.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor multiple product teams responsible for customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and lifecycle experiences
* Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and long-term growth goals
* Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact customer experiences
* Use customer insights, analytics, and market trends to identify opportunities that drive retention, repeat engagement, and customer lifetime value
* Champion data-driven product development, leveraging machine learning and personalization strategies where appropriate
* Translate company objectives into actionable product initiatives and measurable outcomes
* Guide annual and long-range planning efforts, prioritizing investments and balancing competing business needs
* Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of product management experience, including several years leading product teams at the Director level or above
* Proven track record of developing product strategies and delivering measurable business results in complex organizations
* Deep experience with customer engagement, loyalty programs, CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or related areas
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions and optimize customer outcomes
* Experience partnering with data science and machine learning teams to deliver customer-facing solutions
* Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and executive levels
* Experience leading planning processes, prioritizing investments, and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
* Marketplace, e-commerce, consumer technology, or other customer-centric digital product experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
