As a Systems Analyst IV, you will apply advanced technical expertise to automated system products throughout the system development life cycle, including design, development, implementation, modification, planning, estimating, feasibility testing, and evaluation. You will use deep technical knowledge to recommend solutions that address identified needs while aligning with operational and business objectives and technology capabilities. This role provides input to management and leadership on software evaluations, maintains strong service relationships between IT and application customers, and serves as a liaison between IT and other departments and entities.
This is a regular PRN position, with caregivers working remotely between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.To be considered for this role, caregivers must reside in the greater Northeast Ohio (NEO) area.A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Maintain IT products, including planning and obtaining customer input and knowledge of the existing functionality and limitations.
- Serve as the technical expertise, providing guidance and direction to other professional staff and resolving complex problems.
- Participate in developing strategic plans for systems/applications development and modification within area of expertise.
- Review system requirements with customers and translate requirements into specific functions or deliverables.
- Analyze low chart processes and recommend ways to reduce steps and increase efficiency through technology.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Health Sciences, Healthcare Admin or related field and six years of system implementation experience, including directing, planning, and scheduling a major information system project
- OR Associate's Degree and seven years of experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED and nine years of experience
- Strong analytical, administrative, presentation, and project management skills
- Understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
- Knowledge of messaging technology
- Understanding of principles of client/server configuration
- Excellent knowledge of messaging technology and project management skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
- For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification
Physical Requirements:- Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected vision and manual dexterity sufficient to perform work on a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to walk to various locations throughout the Foundation and to function in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
