RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a MAS 9 Consultant (Remote).
Summary:
We are seeking a remote Senior Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9 Consultant to support client implementations, upgrades, customizations, and modernization initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of functional consulting, technical expertise, and client-facing advisory skills. The ideal candidate will help organizations maximize the value of MAS 9 while delivering hands-on configuration, customization, and solution implementation services.
Important Note:
This is not a migration-only role. Successful candidates must be capable of advising clients on MAS 9 capabilities and roadmap opportunities while also providing hands-on implementation, customization, scripting, and technical delivery expertise. Candidates whose experience is limited to Maximo 7.x will not be considered.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of IBM Maximo experience with current or recent MAS 9.x experience
* Proven experience with MAS 9 implementations, upgrades, and migrations
* Strong expertise in: Maximo configuration and customization; Automation scripting and workflow development; Business process optimization; Client advisory and solution design
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to guide clients through the full lifecycle of MAS 9 capabilities, from strategy and feature adoption through implementation and support
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Red Hat OpenShift deployments supporting MAS environments
* Experience migrating clients from Maximo 7.x to MAS 9
* Knowledge of: Maximo Business Intelligence (MBI); Health and Safety (HSC); Maximo Monitor; Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF)
* Familiarity with MAS 9.1 and 9.2 capabilities and features
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
