Job Title: QA Lead / QA Manager (Automation Testing) Locations: Dallas, TX | Pittsburgh, PA | Denver, CO
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

We are seeking experienced QA Leads and QA Managers with a strong background in test automation and the banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and leading automation testing initiatives while working closely with development and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

Strong experience with JavaScript
Hands-on expertise in Selenium Automation
Experience with API Testing (REST/SOAP)
Good understanding of CI/CD & DevOps pipelines
Strong SQL skills for backend/database validation
Experience with IGNITE framework/platform
Banking or Financial Services domain experience (Mandatory)
Programming experience in Python and/or Java
Experience with Karate Framework for API automation

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience leading QA teams or managing testing activities.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to define test strategies, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
