U.S. citizenship is required.Responsibilities for this PositionROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:As a Model-Based Systems Engineer for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying the next generation of Strategic Weapon Systems using cutting-edge MBSE methodologies and digital engineering practices.

What Sets You Apart:- Experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including direct hands-on experience with industry-leading MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain SysML models, including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams
- Experience applying MBSE to architect complex systems, including functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis
- Clear understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, theories, and technical standards with an MBSE-first mindset
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, DOORS Next Generation) and their integration with system models
- Experience working within DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks to support digital engineering initiatives
- Creative thinker who can leverage MBSE models to quickly communicate complex system designs and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and champions MBSE adoption across cross-functional teams
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, particularly in advancing MBSE practices and digital engineering capabilities
