High Visibility Build architecture, and helping Role Join an impactful, high-performing architecture team as our next IT & Security Solution Architect -Security Focus - partnering with the Security team, Join the Solution Architecture team, assembling an elite, remote Solution Architect team to modernize / formalize Solution Architecture -1 platform in a company that's been a dominant success for 25 years. What You Will Need:
Build secure, scalable architectures for cloud, apps, & infrastructure - working hands-on with modern tools like Azure, Google Cloud, microservices, APIs and service bus.
Turn business needs into actionable designs to drive secure integrations & risk mitigation.
Lead road mapping, solution design, threat modelling, documentation - making sure security is woven in.
Act as a bridge between technical, security, and non-technical stakeholders, translating cybersecurity concepts and controls.
Help shape standards, governance & best practices, collaborating on upgrade & integration of hybrid (cloud/on-prem) systems.****Preferably Azure Cloud
What Sets You Apart:
Experience across technology and security, especially integrating solution & securing cloud-native environments.
Tech expertise in infrastructure or networking is valued; security certifications
Financial services is a plus
Proficiency with threat modeling, Visio diagrams, secure SDLC (Agile, DevOps), and authentication/data transfer Transparent communication with a practical approach-you keep colleagues informed and bring back insights from security partners.

MUST HAVES:
Bachelor's degree / equivalent experience in IT, engineering, cybersecurity
3-5 years' experience in tech + security architecture/design, with a focus on infrastructure or security domains
Hands-on experience in cloud native, DevOps, and secure integration patterns.
Security certifications (like CISSP, CCSP, CISM)

Requirements
7+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, or solution architecture roles, including direct involvement with security design responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience creating secure architectures across cloud, infrastructure, application, and integration domains.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, along with familiarity with Google Cloud, microservices, APIs, and hybrid environments.
Experience with threat modeling, architecture documentation, diagramming tools, & secure delivery practices within Agile or DevOps settings.
Understanding of identity, access control, data protection, network security, and broader enterprise security principles.
Relevant security certifications such as CCSP, Security+, GIAC, or similar credentials are valued.
