Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Claims QA Analyst/Tester with 7–9 years of experience in the Healthcare domain and strong functional knowledge of healthcare claims and claims processing. The ideal candidate should understand end-to-end claims workflows and be comfortable working within an Agile delivery environment.

Required Skills

7–9 years of overall Healthcare domain experience
Strong Healthcare Claims domain knowledge
Strong understanding of claims processing and adjudication
Experience with software testing methodologies and QA lifecycle
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum ways of working
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Ability to work with business and technical teams

Mainframe knowledge/experience is required for this requirement.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to healthcare payer platforms and EDI transactions such as 837/835 is advantageous. Similar internal claims-testing work has involved claims adjudication, 837 Professional/Institutional claims, 835 remittance, and payer platforms.
