A financial services organization is seeking a Technical Analyst to support a fully remote team, focusing on discovering, validating, and remediating exposed secrets and credential-related risks across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:
- Review and validate findings from secrets-scanning and discovery tools to identify exposed secrets, stale identities, and other credential-related security risks
- Partner with application, engineering, and business teams to confirm ownership and drive remediation efforts
- Support non-human identity governance, credential rotation, and secure access practices
- Track issues end-to-end and maintain accurate remediation status and ownership documentation
- Prepare metrics, reporting, and procedural documentation to support compliance and security operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with secrets-scanning and automated discovery technologies, including TruffleHog and Clutch
- Knowledge of identity governance, IAM concepts, credential management, and security procedures
- Understanding of foundational security concepts, including authentication fundamentals and Zero Trust
- Experience collaborating with technical and business teams to validate findings and support remediation workflows
Desired Skills:
- Experience generating security metrics or supporting audit evidence and risk mitigation efforts
- Exposure to privileged access management tools such as CyberArk
- Experience with secrets management in multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and OCI
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Process-improvement mindset focused on security, quality, and operational efficiency
