Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to support business requirements gathering, analysis, reporting, and technical solution design. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, and hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and Power BI.

Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of strong interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.
8+ years of experience gathering business requirements and creating reports.
8+ years of experience facilitating the development and analysis of business requirements and collaborating with business stakeholders to design technical solutions.
5+ years of experience participating in and providing guidance on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, training, and implementation-related activities.
2+ years of experience working with Snowflake.
2+ years of experience working with Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Experience working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional groups.
Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Facilitate discussions with business teams to understand business processes, reporting needs, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
Develop and support reporting requirements using Power BI and Snowflake.
Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test case development, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
Provide guidance to business users during testing, training, and implementation.
Communicate project updates, business requirements, and solution recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and reporting requirements.
