Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with RPA expertise to join our client''s Agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Product Ownership background along with experience in Wealth Management or CRM environments. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and development teams to deliver high-value automation solutions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Product Owner experience
- Strong experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Mandatory experience in Wealth Management or CRM
- Experience managing Product Vision, Roadmap, and Product Backlog
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and writing user stories
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban)
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or VersionOne
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Agile Product Owner Certification (Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Drive product enhancements that improve customer value, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog, Vision, and Roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the Product Backlog is transparent, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
- Gather customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations for product enhancements.
- Present product solutions to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Mentor Agile teams and promote Scrum and Kanban best practices.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demos, and release planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Agile Product Owner Certification
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
