Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud-based AI platforms.

Required Skills

8+ years of software development experience with strong focus on AI/ML
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with Machine Learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
Strong knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI
Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and vector databases
Experience building and deploying ML/AI models into production
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and data pipelines
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD
Strong understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, model evaluation, and versioning

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI/ML models and applications
Build Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions
Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector search
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications through APIs
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
Deploy and monitor models in cloud environments
Implement ML pipelines and automation using MLOps practices
Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, and business stakeholders
Research emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption

Preferred Skills

Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
Knowledge of FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search
Experience with Spark / PySpark
Knowledge of Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI
Experience with LLM fine-tuning and evaluation
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
