- Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, endpoint devices, and enterprise applications.
- Respond to incidents, problems, and escalations from support teams.
- Manage tickets through incident/problem management platforms.
- Support provisioning activities including laptops, mobile devices, and access requests.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Assist with ServiceNow knowledge management.
- Build reports and identify operational trends.
- Support incident response, outage events, and infrastructure-related activities.
- Provide in-person, chat, and phone-based end-user support.
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
