Summary

We are hiring a Construction Coordinator with strong data entry skills. This role will coordinate with Local Business Partners (LBPs), municipalities, counties, permitting teams, and internal departments to ensure construction work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction projects.
Manage and communicate with Local Business Partners (LBPs), municipalities, VDOT, and county representatives.
Coordinate work requests and project requirements with permitting departments and internal teams.
Track project progress, documentation, and invoicing using Excel spreadsheets.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure billing items are properly addressed.
Review construction work to ensure it meets project requirements and quality standards.
Maintain organized project records and follow up on outstanding action items.

Qualifications

Strong data entry skills
Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and data tracking

Preferred Experience

Fiber and/or coax construction experience.
Experience coordinating with municipalities, counties, or permitting departments.
