Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EBS Finance & Oracle SaaS Accounting Hub (AHCS) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle EBS Financials, and Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS). This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise, solution design capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and support Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.
- Configure General Ledger (GL), Chart of Accounts (COA), Value Sets, Flexfields (KFF/DFF), Tree Hierarchies, Ledger Sets, Reporting Currencies, and Cross Validation Rules.
- Design and implement Subledger Accounting (SLA), Account Rules, Mapping Sets, Journal Line Rules, Journal Description Rules, and Subledger Accounting Methods (SLAM).
- Configure and support Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS/FAH) for external system integrations.
- Define transaction types, source data definitions, and accounting rules for legacy system integrations.
- Implement Oracle Cash Management including bank integrations, automated bank reconciliations, reconciliation rule sets, cash posting rules, and embedded banking.
- Support payment processing, supplier onboarding, invoice automation, and payment file generation using ISO 20022, NACHA, SWIFT, and BI Publisher.
- Configure Oracle Payables (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Tax, Lockbox, AutoInvoice, and Mass Additions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable financial solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, conduct workshops, and support testing, deployment, and production go-live activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS Financials.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Expertise in Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS/FAH).
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), COA, Flexfields, Value Sets, Ledger Architecture, and SLA.
- Experience configuring Account Rules, Mapping Sets, Journal Rules, and SLAM.
- Experience with Oracle Cash Management and bank integrations.
- Knowledge of SFTP, PGP, automated bank reconciliation, and payment processing.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and ERP integrations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Oracle Financials implementation and support experience.
- Experience delivering multiple Oracle Fusion Finance and AHCS implementations.
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
