Your opportunity at a glanceThe WSLCB Information Technology Services Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for an IT Application Development - Senior/Specialist Supervisor position located in This position reports to the IT Policy & Planning - Senior Manager in WSLCB's Information Technology Services Division (ITSD).
This is a senior Salesforce application, Azure integration and working supervisor position, that specializes in technical application, integration, data development and administration. This position is responsible for design, development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of an enterprise Salesforce solution that integrates with PaaS, SaaS, and COTS solutions. In this role, you will provide expert level technical services by designing, testing, implementing and maintaining multi- dimensional information systems used to issue licenses to produce, distribute and sell beer, wine, spirits, vapor products, cannabis and tobacco in the State of Washington; collect tax and fees; and tools to support the compliance services including education, audits, investigations, and public records. These systems provide, manage, monitor and assess data required to make informed decisions at enterprise, division and business unit level for large and highly complex development efforts consisting of multiple applications consisting of various coding languages and integrations.
In this role, you will oversee and supervise a new team of 7 employees, that is comprised of data and application developers and administrators within the platform solution team and provide leadership, strategic direction, and mentorship to design, build, and maintain secure Salesforce and Azure solutions. You will establish and enforce functional standards related to application development, system administration, data development and reporting, ensure alignment with project processes established by the agency's Project Management Office (PMO).

Part-time employees accrue vacation leave hours in accordance with (1) or the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) on a pro rata basis. Vacation leave accrual will be proportionate to the number of hours in pay status, in the month to that required for full-time employment.
Pay status includes hours worked, time on paid leave and paid holiday.
As provided in , an employer may authorize a lump-sum accrual of vacation leave or accelerate the vacation leave accrual rate to support the recruitment and/or retention of a candidate or employee for a Washington Management Service position. Vacation leave accrual rates may only be accelerated using the rates established WAC 357-31-165.
Note: Most agencies follow the civil service rules covering leave and holidays for

Military LeaveWashington State supports members of the armed forces with 21 days paid military leave per year.
