RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Remote Senior Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals, customer needs, and strategic objectives
* Define and refine features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
* Partner with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, manage dependencies, and support successful product delivery
* Lead and contribute to Program Increment (PI) planning activities and execution in a SAFe environment
* Ensure alignment between business requirements, product roadmaps, and technical implementation
* Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market insights to drive product enhancements and prioritization decisions
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide visibility into product outcomes, team performance, and delivery progress
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, product quality, and team effectiveness
* Foster collaboration, accountability, and adherence to Agile best practices across teams and stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* SAFe v6 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification required; Additional Agile certifications such as CSPO are preferred
* 3-5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related Agile role
* Experience with backlog prioritization techniques, sprint planning, and Agile delivery methodologies
* Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
* Familiarity with system architecture, APIs, data models, and system integration concepts
* Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a user-focused mindset
* Ability to analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and performance trends to guide product decisions
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product backlogs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
