Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a QC Empower CDS Specialist - Remote for a position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Thousand Oaks, CA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Under general supervision, this position will perform routine administrative, documentation, and execution processes relating to templating and qualifying testing procedures in the Empower CDS system in support of data acquisition integration. Please note this is a documentation and systems-focused role, not a hands-on lab testing position.
Responsibilities: - Route supporting documents and perform quality checks of templated information to confirm accuracy
- Run scenarios to identify errors and document outcomes of qualification activities
- Gather feedback on requirements for system templates
- Support administrative execution of qualification and document management
- Learn and comply with safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs, including the maintenance of training records and laboratory documentation
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering
- At least 2 years of industry experience (non-academia) in a Quality Control (QC) role
- Experience working in a GMP environment
- Strong documentation skills
Desired skills: - Experience in creating and revising templates in Empower CDS within a GMP environment
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot lab testing technologies
- Experience in QC testing
Pay range: up to $45.49 per hour
