Candidate Submission Criteria
- Preferred candidates with prior experience at Capital One, Freddie Mac, or Fannie Mae.
- Preferred project experience: 1–4 years; candidates with more than 6 months of relevant project experience can also be considered.
- Preferred work authorization: L2 , and s. H1B candidates may be considered for exceptional profiles.
- Face-to-face interview is mandatory at any one of the specified work locations.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite 3 days per week.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Development & Administration Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development, administration, CMDB, ITOM, integrations, and ITSM. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, implementing workflows, managing integrations, and optimizing platform performance.
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Platform Development and Administration.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB configuration, data modeling, and management.
- Experience with Discovery and Service Mapping (ITOM).
- Experience in Scoped Application Development.
- Knowledge of Import Sets, ETL processes, and Transform Maps.
- Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Business Rules.
- Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and Next Experience.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow security, including ACLs, Roles, and Domain Separation.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow configuration.
- Experience creating Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades and Instance Management.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud.
- Experience with AI-assisted Development Tools.
- ServiceNow Certifications.
- Experience in Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership.
