We are looking to continue building a high-performance maintenance team. Our Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician Technician salary is based on skills, knowledge and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n
\n - Inspect and test electromechanical equipment to find faults and ensure proper operation
\n - Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
\n - Troubleshoot AC/DC circuits, motor, controllers and mechanical components
\n - Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial systems
\n - Document all work, service records, repairs and equipment configurations accurately
\n - Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve machine uptime and reliability
\n
\n
\n
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
\n
\n - Associate s degree or technical certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanics, industrial maintenance or a related field (equivalent work experience will also be accepted)
\n - Proficiency is using precision measuring tools to calibrate, troubleshoot and rebuild complex machines
\n - Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
\n - Strong working knowledge of electrical test equipment (such as multimeters and oscilloscopes)
\n - Solid understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
\n - Basic understanding of PLC s
\n - Good communication skills and the ability to work safely with minimal supervision
\n - Good computer skills
\n
\n
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\n
\n - Willingness to work any shift, overtime and weekends as needed
\n - Must be able to progress through our training process to A mechanic within 36 months
\n - Must be authorized to work in the US
\n - Must be passionate about safety
\n

\n - Must be able to acquire and/or retain a multi-craft skill set. The candidate must be able to acquire the skills of both mechanic and electrician.

\n - Ability to work alone and in a team environment.
\n - Ability to learn quickly and with attention to detail.
\n - Willingness and ability to work in manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
\n - Must be capable of recognizing sounds of moving equipment and machinery for safety purposes and identifying machine issues.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

\n - Starting salary for position: $34.30/hr. to $49.66/hr.
\n - Bonus: Annual Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
\n - Paid Vacation: Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
\n

\n - Paid Holidays.
