Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Technology Architect with 12+ years of experience specializing in Kubernetes, GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHECD), and enterprise DevSecOps. The candidate will design and administer GitHub Enterprise environments, deploy self-hosted Actions Runner Controller (ARC) on OpenShift/ARO, implement GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS), and build scalable CI/CD pipelines integrated with Argo CD, CyberArk Conjur, and Sonatype Nexus.
Key Responsibilities
* GHECD Administration: Manage enterprise accounts, organization structures, repository governance, branching strategies, and Okta SSO/SCIM access controls.
* Actions & Runner Architecture: Design reusable GitHub Actions pipelines and manage self-hosted runners using Actions Runner Controller (ARC) on OpenShift/ARO.
* DevSecOps & GHAS: Implement GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) for automated code scanning, secret scanning, dependency reviews, and compliance policies.
* Toolchain Integration: Integrate GitHub with enterprise tools including Argo CD, CyberArk Conjur, Sonatype Nexus, ServiceNow, Jira, and Dynatrace.
* Migration & Standardization: Lead repository onboarding, migrate legacy CI pipelines to GitHub Actions, and build standardized enterprise workflow templates.
