Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, controls, and facility equipment.
- Supervise technicians and coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
- Drive equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate contractors and maintain required maintenance documentation.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Valid Michigan Master Electrician License
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; PLC experience preferred.
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with equipment and facility improvement projects.
- Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience; bachelor's preferred.
