As a Change Control Coordinator at JLL,you\'llserve as the linchpin in ensuring seamless, risk-free operational changes across critical systems. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex data center environments whilemaintainingthe highest standards of safety and compliance.You\'llwork collaboratively with Regional Engineering Managers, site teams, and clients to prioritize and escalate issues, diagnose change control compliance gaps, andidentifyprocedural risks before they become problems. What your day-to-day will look like:
Review, approve, and track Methods of Procedures (MOPs), lockout/tagout documentation, and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedural accuracy
Serve as the day-to-day contact with the owner\'s representative, communicating technical items clearly to peers, upper management, and clients whilemaintainingprofessional relationships
Proficiencyin computer applications including Google Docs, MS Office Suite, Excel, CMMS, BAS, and related software platforms
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of back-up power design, data center design principles, industry nomenclature, and technical acronyms

Estimated compensation for this position:
72,000.00 ? 82,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
