Architectural Project Manager who wants more than a title. We're looking for someone who wants to take control of projects, lead teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver comprehensive, thoughtfully designed work.
At C&S, we believe great projects come from the combination of great design, strong project leadership, and great client experiences. Our teams are collaborative by nature, bringing together architects, interior designers, engineers, planners, and other specialists to solve problems and create better outcomes. We also believe the best teams make room for individual strengths and interests - and know how to put those talents to work for the project.

- Mentor and support architects and designers while helping build stronger project teams.
Most importantly, you'll own the outcome. We want PMs who are comfortable making decisions, anticipating problems, bringing people together, and pushing a project forward.
What We're Looking ForYou're an architect and project leader who combines design judgment with strong project management skills. You understand that a successful project is not simply one that gets built-it's one that meets the client's goals, performs technically, respects the design, and creates an experience people value.

- 8+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong architectural design and project management experience.
- Experience leading projects from concept through construction.
- A comprehensive understanding of design and construction documentation.
