- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business and user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead the development and delivery of complex features spanning multiple systems and teams, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while enforcing engineering best practices, including automated testing and code reviews.
- Serve as a technical leader and mentor, supporting team members through guidance, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback.
- Drive improvements in engineering standards, tooling, architecture, and development processes to enhance team productivity and system quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues,identifyingrootcausesand implementing long-term solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve the identity platform to support scale, security, and future growth.

The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is $123,000 to $165,000 and in Los Angeles, CA is $117,500 to $157,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate?s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
