Lead Java Engineer Performance Tuning, Onsite

We have an immediate need for an experienced Lead Java Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, JVM performance tuning, distributed systems, and cloud performance engineering to identify and resolve end-to-end performance bottlenecks across high-scale enterprise applications.

This is an onsite position based in St. Louis, Missouri, for a candidate with deep experience in Spring Boot, JVM tuning, heap and thread management, concurrency debugging, optimization, PCF, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AWS, Redis, Hazelcast, Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, F5, Nginx, ALB/NLB, service mesh, and distributed databases.
