Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Review and sample batch records and related documentation for potential microbiological contamination issues.
Identify trends, gaps, anomalies, and potential contamination risks.
Apply strong microbiology and contamination-control expertise to assess findings.
Document observations and support appropriate follow-up and escalation.
Collaborate with site Quality and Manufacturing teams as needed.

Ideal Background

8-10 years of strong experience in Microbiology, Contamination Control, and/or Quality within a GMP manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience reviewing batch records and investigating contamination or microbiological issues.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and communicate findings clearly.
Pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Location/Duration

Hybrid engagement supporting sites in WI and MN
Initial onsite kickoff and approximately 1 2 weeks of onsite training, followed primarily by remote work.
Onsite presence required periodically for key activities, meetings, or other important events.
Travel expenses covered.
6-month contract
