Key Responsibilities\n
\n - Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients mental health status through virtual consultations.
\n - Develop personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities.
\n - Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group formats, providing ongoing support and guidance.
\n - Document client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make timely referrals to psychiatrists or other healthcare providers as needed.

Our licensed counselors work with a varied client base representing a wide range of demographics and mental health concerns, including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n
\n - A master s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n - Current and valid licensure in the state of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n - A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n - Thorough understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and a commitment to providing culturally responsive care.
\n - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n
\n - Hands-on experience working with diverse populations using various therapeutic modalities.
\n - Prior experience in telehealth is a plus, with a familiarity in utilizing EHR systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
