HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Lead the design, development, and deployment of manufacturing test solutions for medium- to high-complexity products. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable test systems on schedule and within budget while driving technical innovation and continuous improvement.
WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Lead test development projects from concept through deployment.
- Architect electrical, mechanical, software, and system-level test solutions.
- Develop test quotes, schedules, validation plans, and technical documentation.
- Design and support ICT, MDA, Boundary Scan/JTAG, functional, ESS/HASS, and system test solutions.
- Develop solutions using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, Visual Basic, and related tools.
- Support DFT analysis, hardware/software debug, validation, installation, and production support.
- Partner with project managers and customers to communicate status, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Mentor engineers and technicians while leading smaller technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and engineering standards.
HOW WILL YOU GET HERE?Education: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing test development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: - Expertise in manufacturing test strategy, DFT, structural and functional test development.
- Experience with PXI/LXI systems, custom hardware, automation fixtures, and test instrumentation.
- Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, or similar.
- Knowledge of OrCAD, AutoCAD, FabMaster, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
- Excellent customer communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and travel up to 50% domestically/internationally

The pay range for this role is $100,100 - $180,200. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
