Genesis10 is currently seeking an Associate Technician, Quality Control for a contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role performs functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations, working with engineers on procedures related to production. The position involves using sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate data to assist in assessing and documenting the results of quality assurance and control processes.
Responsibilities: - Perform functions associated with quality control and quality assurance operations
- Work with engineers in quality assurance procedures related to production or operations
- Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate data to assist in assessing and documenting results of quality assurance and control processes
- Determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures for quality assurance and control
- Work with engineers in conducting experiments
Requirements: - Knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training
- A basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline
- Ability to follow detailed and defined rules/instructions and to make simple judgement in straightforward situations
- Typically requires no experience
Desired skills: - Experience with performing quality inspections using a microscope
- Experience in the medical devices industry
Pay range: $15.74 - $25.74 per hour
