Work days/Shift Hours ?2-2-3 Flex Schedule , 4:30 AM- 5 PM
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $27.41 to $36.55 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose
Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over
Duties and Responsibilities
\t- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
\t- Overhaul and install new equipment.
\t- Rebuild and fabricate parts.
\t- Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area.
\t- Generate parts request to ensure adequate inventory.
\t- Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
\t- Perform equipment change-overs and production line set ups.
Qualifications
\t- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
\t- 0-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
\t- 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
\t- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
\t- Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment.
\t- Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
\t- Basic computer skills.
\t- Ability to follow manufacturers specifications and schematics.
\t- Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge preferred.
\t- May be required to supply hand tools.
