Summary

This role involves providing crucial administrative and customer support within the Service Planning department. The position is initially full-time onsite for training, transitioning to a hybrid model with four days onsite and one day remote. Working hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Answering customer calls and coordinating and scheduling appointments.
Managing and updating spreadsheets.
Working with outside contractors to schedule work.
Tracking follow-up items and providing day-to-day support to Service Planners.
Assisting with word processing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, dispatching, financial record keeping, and coordinating meetings and conferences.
Possibly working on special projects as needed.

Qualifications

8 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with MS Office.
Flexibility, adaptability to change, and a team-player mentality are essential qualities.

This role has the potential to convert to a full-time equivalent position if an opening is available at the end of the contract period.
