Job Overview:
Pay Range: $33.73hr - $38.73hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree (B.S) in Science, Engineering, or Technical subjects.
- 3+ years of experience in a Biological/Chemistry discipline.
- Prior experience with sample handling.
- Experience with NuLisa, ELISA, and/or Simoa.
- Experience with AKTA chromatography.
- Excellent computer proficiency including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Graphpad Prism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to run data on human plasma.
Responsibilities:
- Create and validate assays, execute them, and plan experiments.
- Implement immunoassays on clinical samples using platforms including plate ELISA, Simoa, Meso Scale, and NuLisa.
- Maintain equipment and ensure laboratory safety by identifying problems and completing regular evaluations.
- Participate in tracking biological and medical samples.
- Develop biochemical biomarkers for disease diagnosis, stratification, and measurement of target engagement.
- Conduct and interpret translation of research to human clinical trials.
- Lead lab-based translational medicine projects.
- Contribute to clinical research studies including data analysis and quality control.
- Support study design and protocol development.
- Monitor proper recording of information and review data to draw appropriate conclusions.
Nice to Have:
- MA/MS degree in a Biological/Chemistry discipline.
- PhD degree.
