Pay Rate: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM-4:30 PM

- 5+ years of HVAC and commercial maintenance experience required
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance practices
- Valid driver's license with good driving record required
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on commercial HVAC systems, including package and split units
- Diagnose and repair compressors, motors, boilers, electrical components, airflow issues, and refrigerant systems
- Complete minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and facility maintenance tasks
- Read work orders, document service activity, and complete reports using tablets and mobile technology
- Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams while maintaining high service levels
- Travel locally between commercial properties throughout the workday
