We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist to support and optimize marketing operations, automation workflows, and digital campaign execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data. You will play an important part in improving marketing processes, implementing automation, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and ensuring digital campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will serve as a key operational resource for the marketing team, supporting everything from marketing automation and data integration to email campaigns, landing pages, and digital advertising.
Beyond day-to-day execution, you will have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help build scalable processes that improve how marketing teams operate.
What You'll Do
Marketing Operations & Automation
Own the daily execution, maintenance, and optimization of marketing automation workflows across platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and integrated CRM systems.
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.
Partner with marketing leadership to evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technologies and workflows.
Develop and maintain repeatable processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalable marketing operations.
AI & Emerging Technologies
Experiment with AI-powered marketing tools to improve efficiency, content development, and campaign execution.
Explore applications for AI-driven workflow automation, content generation, and digital video creation.
Identify opportunities to introduce emerging technologies that improve marketing productivity and scalability.
Data Management & Analytics
Manage marketing data operations, including list uploads, processing, segmentation, and routing using ZoomInfo RingLead or similar tools.
Maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency across marketing platforms.
Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports that consolidate data from multiple marketing and analytics systems.
Translate campaign performance data into actionable insights that support business objectives.
Digital Campaign Execution
Build, maintain, and optimize landing pages using no-code or low-code platforms such as Ion or similar technologies.
Support email marketing campaigns, including setup, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
Assist with digital advertising campaigns, including asset coordination, tracking, execution, and performance monitoring.
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain quality control procedures across marketing campaigns, platforms, and workflows.
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues related to campaign execution and marketing automation.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, and technology integrations.
Focus on developing scalable, repeatable solutions rather than relying on one-off processes.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, marketing automation, or a related hands-on role.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar technologies.
Working knowledge of marketing analytics, data integrations, reporting, and campaign performance measurement.
Experience using AI-powered marketing tools or a demonstrated interest and ability to quickly adopt emerging technologies.
Technical Skills
Experience configuring, managing, and optimizing automated marketing workflows, segmentation, and campaign processes.
Understanding of how marketing automation platforms integrate with CRM systems, websites, and analytics tools.
Experience with marketing data management, including list processing, routing, and database quality.
Ability to create dashboards, analyze marketing performance, and generate actionable reports.
Hands-on experience supporting email marketing, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for automation, content generation, and digital media creation.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot digital marketing assets.
Experience documenting workflows, implementing quality assurance processes, and improving operational procedures.
What Will Make You Successful
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with an interest in making processes more efficient.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Confidence working independently while collaborating with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity about emerging technologies and a willingness to experiment with AI and automation tools.
A hands-on mentality with the ability to balance campaign execution and long-term operational improvements.
