Job Description:
We are looking for a Member of Technical Sta with 6+ years of experience to join our rapidly growing team. We need someone who is an exceptional software engineer, a great communicator, and who possesses high ownership and agency. This role is critical as we double our team and scale our AI compliance analysts for banks and ntechs.
What will you be doing?
- Automating browser agents for heavy integration work.
- Optimizing core product logic for KYBs, KYCs, and AML processes.
- Building end-to-end systems and shipping fast. Experimenting with the latest AI models and designing novel agentic workflows.
- Interacting with customers and prospects to understand needs and gather feedback. 6 - 14 years of experience working professionally in a technical role

The base salary range for this full-time position, as provided by our client, is $240,000–$300,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined by the client based on factors including the selected candidate''s relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. Please note that upon selection, all offer negotiations and compensation discussions will be conducted directly between the candidate and the client. Our firm serves as the facilitating partner in the introduction and selection process only.
